The Stock Value Calculation allows users to quickly assess their inventory’s worth. Depending on the specific product, you can see key metrics such as:
- Current Stock Quantity: The number of units currently in your inventory.
- Stock Value: The total calculated value of the current stock based on the purchase price.
- Units Sold: The total quantity of this product that has been sold.
- Revenue: The total income generated from the sales of this specific product.
- Profit: The net profit realized from the sales of this product.
This provides a tailored view, helping businesses evaluate inventory costs and profitability on the go.
Viewing Stock Calculation & Pricing Details in Mobile View #
To view the detailed stock calculation and pricing for a specific product in the Fit+club mobile app:
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- From the main dashboard, navigate to “Products” (often found under a “Catalog” or “Inventory” section).
- You will see a list of all your products, displaying current stock levels, purchase price, and selling price for each.
- Tap on any product from this list (e.g., “Test product 2” or “Sample product”) to open its Product Details page.
- On the Product Details screen, at the top, you’ll immediately see the primary stock calculation metrics:
- Quantity: Displays the current available stock (e.g., “-1.0 PCS” indicating a negative stock, or “10.0 PCS” for positive stock).
- Stock Value: Shows the calculated total value of the current stock based on its purchase price (e.g., “₹ -400.00”).
- Units Sold: Indicates the total number of units of this product that have been sold (e.g., “1.0 PCS” or “0 PCS”).
- Below these core metrics, depending on the product, you might also see:
- Revenue: Total income generated from this product (e.g., “₹ 0.00”).
- Profit: Net profit from this product (e.g., “₹ 0.00”).
- Sales Price and Purchase Price for a single unit.
- The Status of the product (e.g., “Out of Stock” or “In Stock”).
- To delve deeper into the history affecting stock and value, navigate through the tabs below the main overview:
- Item Timeline: This tab provides a chronological list of events impacting the stock. For instance, you might see “New Voucher – #SI/AB000016 (Sales Invoice) -1.00 PCS” indicating a sale, or “Opening stock 10.00 PCS” marking the initial inventory entry.
- Details: Offers additional product information like Item Code, Measuring Unit, Tax Rate, HSN Code, and Item Type.
- Price History: Displays a graph and table of past Sales Prices and Cost Prices, allowing you to track pricing trends over time.
This mobile-friendly display ensures you have quick access to essential stock and financial data for each product, empowering you to make informed decisions on the go.
