Quickly Adding & Managing Sales Returns #
Efficiently handling sales returns is crucial for accurate inventory and financial records. The Fit+club app provides a quick access point for this process directly from the Sales dashboard.
Feature Overview #
The Sales Returns feature allows you to:
- Quickly initiate a sales return transaction.
- Specify the returned products and quantities.
- Record returns against previous sales invoices.
- Maintain accurate stock levels.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Sales Section:
- From the bottom navigation bar of the app, tap the “Sales” icon. This will take you to the main Sales dashboard, displaying an overview of your sales metrics (Revenue, Orders, Profit) and a list of your sales invoices.
- Access Sales Return Option:
- On the Sales Dashboard screen, locate the three-dot menu icon at the top right corner (next to the “+” icon).
- Tap this three-dot menu icon.
- A dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, tap on “Sales Return”.
- Initiate Sales Return Process (Create Sales Return):
- Tapping “Sales Return” will lead you to a new screen, typically titled “Create Sales Return” or similar.
- This screen will generally require you to:
- Select the original invoice for which the return is being processed. This links the return to the initial sale.
- Identify the products being returned and their respective quantities.
- Specify any reasons for the return.
- You may also have options to adjust payment status if a refund is involved.
- Complete and Save the Sales Return:
- After accurately entering all the details for the sales return, tap the “Save” or “Create Return” button (location may vary, but typically at the bottom of the screen).
Once saved, the sales return will be recorded in your system, affecting relevant inventory levels and financial reports. This streamlined access ensures you can process returns quickly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
Managing an Existing Sales Return (Edit, Delete, Clone) #
After a Sales Return has been created, you can manage it further:
- From the Sales Return list (accessed via Sales > 3-dot menu > Sales Return), tap on the specific sales return you wish to manage.
- This will open the detailed “Sales Return – SR/AB00001” (or similar) screen.
- Locate the three-dot menu icon at the top right of this detailed view.
- Tapping it will reveal a dropdown with the following options:
- Edit: Tap “Edit” to modify any details of the existing sales return. This allows you to correct errors or update information.
- Delete: Tap “Delete” to permanently remove the sales return record. Use this option with caution as it typically cannot be undone.
- Clone: Tap “Clone” to create an exact duplicate of the current sales return. This is useful if you need to create a similar return quickly without re-entering all details.
