The Fit+club mobile app’s “Block Management” feature, found under “Slot Management,” is designed to help you organize your classes, sessions, or gym areas into distinct blocks. This is a fundamental step in creating a structured schedule for your facility.
🧱 Creating & Managing Blocks #
Blocks serve as containers for your time slots, allowing you to categorize your schedule. For example, you can have a block for “Morning Classes” and another for “Evening Classes,” making your schedule easier to navigate.
Feature Overview #
The Block Management feature enables you to:
- Create new blocks to categorize your schedule.
- Assign a name to each block (e.g.,
Cardio Zone
,CrossFit Classes
). - View a list of all your created blocks.
- Edit or delete blocks as your facility’s layout or schedule changes.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Block Management Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Slot Management” navigation option.
- You will see two options: “Block” and “Slot.” Tap on “Block”.
- View and Create a New Block:
- You will now be on the “Block” list screen. This screen displays a list of all existing blocks you have created.
- To create a new block, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Define the New Block Details:
- This will take you to the “Create Block” screen.
- Name: Enter a descriptive name for the block (e.g.,
Main Hall
,Personal Training
,Yoga Studio
). - Tap “Save” to create the new block.
Managing an Existing Block (Edit & Delete) #
Once a block is created, you can easily modify or remove it.
- View Block Details:
- From the “Block” list, tap on a specific block entry. This will open its detailed view.
- On this screen, you can see the block’s name.
- Edit or Delete the Block:
- You will find options to “Edit” or “Delete” the block.
- Tap “Edit” to change the block’s name.
- Tap “Delete” to permanently remove the block.
By using the Block Management feature, you can effectively structure your facility’s schedule and organize your various classes and services into logical categories.
