The Fit+club mobile app’s “Message Templates” feature is an essential tool for communicating with your members efficiently. It allows you to create pre-written messages for common situations, saving you time and ensuring consistent communication.
💬 Creating & Managing Message Templates #
Message templates are perfect for sending out announcements, reminders, motivational messages, or promotional offers. Once you’ve created a template, you can easily use it to communicate with a single member or your entire member base.
Feature Overview #
The Message Template feature enables you to:
- Create new templates with a title and message content.
- Add file attachments (e.g., images, PDFs) to your templates.
- View a list of all your saved templates.
- Edit or delete templates as needed.
- Select a template to send to a member.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Message Templates Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon, then select “Message” from the navigation options.
- This will open the message dashboard, where you can then select to go to “Templates”.
- View and Create a New Message Template:
- You will now be on the “Message Templates” list screen. This screen displays a list of all existing templates.
- To create a new template, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Define the New Template Details:
- This will take you to the “Create Template” screen. You’ll need to fill in the following details:
- Title: A descriptive name for the template (e.g.,

). - Message: Type the content of your message here. You can include placeholders for member names or other dynamic data if the app supports it.

- Below the message content, you have the option to “Upload File”.
- Tap this to add an image, PDF, or other relevant file to your template. This is useful for sharing class schedules or promotional images.
- Save the New Template:
- After entering all the details, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen to create and save the new template.
Using an Existing Message Template #
Once a template is created, you can easily access it to send a message.
- Select a Template:
- From the “Message Templates” list, tap on the specific template entry.
- A pop-up will show the details of the template. Here you may find options to send or edit the template.
- You can then choose a member or group of members to send this message to.
By using the Message Templates feature, you can significantly reduce the time you spend on repetitive communication tasks, allowing you to focus more on your members and business growth.
