The Transaction Reports section of the Fitplus app provides a powerful set of tools to track and analyze your business’s financial activities. This guide will walk you through each report available in the dropdown menu, explaining its purpose and how to use it effectively.
Accessing Transaction Reports #
To access these reports, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Fitplus app.
- Navigate to the Menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate the “Transactions” section and tap the dropdown arrow to reveal the list of reports.
1. Sales Summary #
The Sales Summary report gives you a quick overview of your sales transactions over a specific period.
- What it shows: This report displays a list of all your sales, including the sales number, date, and the party (customer) name. It also provides the total Sales Amount for the selected duration.
- How to use it: Use this report to track your overall sales performance. You can change the “Duration” using the filter to see sales for the last 30 days, a specific month, or a custom date range.

2. Purchase Summary #
The Purchase Summary report helps you track all the purchases made for your business.
- What it shows: This report lists your purchase transactions, including the purchase number, date, and the party (supplier) name. It also displays the total Purchase Amount for the selected period.
- How to use it: This is crucial for monitoring your expenses and understanding where your money is going. The filter option allows you to view purchases by date range.

3. Bill Wise Profit #
The Bill Wise Profit report breaks down the profitability of each individual sales invoice.
- What it shows: This report displays your profit on a per-bill basis. It lists the date, invoice number, and party name for each sale, along with the Net Profit.
- How to use it: Use this report to quickly identify your most profitable sales and understand the margin on each transaction. The notes at the bottom of the report explain the profit calculation:
Profit = Sales Amount - Purchase Amount
Sales Amount = Invoice Value - Additional Charges
Purchase Amount = Sum of [Purchase Price (tax exclusive) x Quantity] for every item in the invoice
- Important: The app notes that profit may not be accurately shown if an item was purchased at different prices.

4. Daybook Report #
The Daybook Report provides a chronological record of all your financial transactions for a single day.
- What it shows: This report shows a summary of all money coming in (Total Money In) and money going out (Total Money Out), providing a net balance. The report itself details each transaction with the date, name of the party, transaction type, and a serial number.
- How to use it: This is your daily financial journal. Use it to reconcile your daily cash flow and ensure all transactions are accounted for. You can use the filter to view the daybook for a different date.
