The Billing & Invoicing module in the Fit+Club app helps you manage member payments, generate invoices, apply taxes, and maintain accurate financial records with ease. This guide walks you through setting up and using the billing features step-by-step.
π Accessing Billing Features #
- Log in to the Fit+Club app with your mobile number and OTP.
π’ Business Setup for Billing #
Before generating invoices, ensure your business details are correctly set:
- Navigate to the Dashboard:Β Upon successful login, you will likely land on the appβs main dashboard or home screen.
- Access the Menu:
- Look at the bottom right corner of your screen.
- You will see a navigation bar with several options.
- Tap on the βMenuβ option.
- Select βBusiness Settingsβ:
- After tapping βMenu,β a new screen will appear with various categories like βREPORTS,β βSETTINGS,β and βMANAGE.β
- Under the βSETTINGSβ section, you will find an option labeled βBusiness Settings.β
- Tap on βBusiness Settings.β
- Fill in the following:
- Business Name
- Business Phone Number
- Address
- Pincode
- City
- State
- GSTIN
- PAN
- Place Of Supply

Customize your invoice layout and essential details:

- Payment Details
β Creating a New Invoice #
- Go to the Sales section.
- Tap + Sale.
- Enter/select the following:
- Voucher Number
- Voucher Date
- Due Date
- Party Name
- Product
- Quantity, Price, Discount (if any)
- Taxes (auto-calculated if enabled)
- Terms And Conditions
- Notes
- Reference
- Payment Section
- Select the mode of payment and enter the amount received from the customer.
- Payment Methods:
- Cash
- Card
- UPI
- Amount β Enter the payment amount received.
Example: βΉ0 by default. - + Add Reference Number β (Optional) Useful for entering UPI or bank transaction ID.
- Mark As Fully Paid β Enable this checkbox to automatically mark the invoice as fully paid. The full grand total will be reflected in the paid field.
- Save or Discard
- Save β Tap to save and generate the invoice.
- Discard β Tap to cancel the invoice creation process.
This intuitive interface helps you create, customize, and manage invoices within seconds. Make sure all payment and optional details are reviewed before saving.

- Invoices can be shared via WhatsApp, Email, or downloaded as PDF directly from the app.

- Access complete invoice history under the Sales β Invoices.
- Filter by date range,party, or payment status.
- Export reports for accounting or audit use.
