Accessing Membership Reports #
- Log in to the Fitplus app.
- Navigate to the Menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down to the “Memberships” section and tap the dropdown arrow to view the available reports.
1. Package Summary #
The Package Summary report provides an overview of your different membership packages.
- What it shows: This report displays a summary of your membership packages, including details about the plans, any add-ons, and the number of members enrolled.
- How to use it: Use this report to analyze the performance of your different membership packages. You can see which packages are most popular and which ones might need to be adjusted or promoted more.
