The Party section in the Fitplus app provides a variety of reports designed to help you manage your customer and vendor relationships effectively. This guide covers each report in detail, explaining its purpose and how to use it.
Accessing Party Reports #
- Log in to the Fitplus app.
- Navigate to the Menu at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate the “Party” section and tap the dropdown arrow to view all the available reports.
1. Party Report By Item #
This report allows you to analyze sales data based on specific customers (parties) and the items they purchased.
- What it shows: It provides a summary of sales quantities and total sales amounts for each party, broken down by item. You can filter the report by date range and by a specific item.
- How to use it: This is an excellent tool for understanding which items are most popular with which customers. For example, you can see how many units of “Test product” were sold to “Test party” and the total revenue generated.

2. Party Wise Outstanding #
This report helps you keep track of all outstanding payments, both money you need to collect and money you need to pay.
- What it shows: It lists all your parties and shows the total amount you need to collect from them (
To Collect
) and the total amount you need to pay them (To Pay
). - How to use it: Use this report to manage your receivables and payables. It gives you a clear picture of who owes you money and who you owe money to, helping you manage cash flow.

3. Receivable Ageing Report #
The Receivable Ageing Report categorizes your outstanding receivables by how long they have been due. This helps you prioritize collections.
- What it shows: For each party, it breaks down the outstanding amount into different time buckets:

4. Party Statement (Ledger) #
The Party Ledger is a detailed statement of all transactions with a specific party.
- What it shows: This report displays a full history of transactions with a chosen party. It includes the

5. Sales Summary Category Wise #
This report allows you to analyze your sales based on predefined categories.
- What it shows: This report summarizes your sales by category. It helps you understand which product or service categories are performing best.
- How to use it: When you click on this option, a pop-up appears asking you to “Select Category.” Once a category is chosen, the report will display a summary of sales related to that category.
- Note: In the provided example, it shows “No Category available,” meaning you have not yet created or assigned any categories to your items. You would need to set this up in the app’s item management section.
