Creating attractive offers is key to driving sales and attracting new members. Fit+club’s “Price List” feature lets you define special rates and valid periods for your inventory and services.

The Offer Price List feature enables you to:

• Define special offer prices for specific products or subscription packages.
• Set a unique name and code for each offer.
• Specify a reduced “Offer Rate” that overrides the standard price during the offer period.
• Configure a precise date range (from and to dates) for when the offer is active.
• View and manage a list of all active and past offers.
• Edit or delete existing offer price lists as needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions: #

1. Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to Inventory Management:
   • From the bottom navigation bar or main dashboard, locate and tap the “Catalog” icon (or “Inventory” / “Products,” depending on the exact app layout). This will take you to the main inventory/catalog section.
3. Access the Price List Option:
   • Within the Catalog/Inventory section, look for and tap the “Price List” option. This will open the “Price List” screen, displaying any existing offers.
4. Add a New Offer Price List:
   • On the “Price List” screen, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
   • This action will take you to the “Create Price List” screen.
5. Select Product or Subscription Package:
   • On the “Create Price List” screen, you will need to select the item(s) to which this offer applies. Tap the “+ Add Product / Package” button.
   • This will open a selection list. From here, you can:
     • Select individual products (e.g., Product 1, Testing Prod).
     • Select subscription packages (e.g., amzon2).
   • Tap the checkbox next to the product(s) or package(s) you wish to include in this offer.
   • Tap “Save” or the “back” arrow to confirm your selection and return to the “Create Price List” screen. The selected items will now be listed.
6. Set Offer Details for Each Item:
   • For each selected product or package, you will now set the specific offer details:

     • Code: An auto-generated or editable code for the offer.
     • Offer Rate: This is the crucial field. Enter the discounted price at which the product or package will be sold during the offer period.

Once created, your offer price lists will appear in the “Price List” screen.

1. View List Details:
   • From the “Price List” screen, you will see a summary of each offer, including its name, code, offer rate, and date range.
2. Access Details for Management:
   • To view the full details or to manage a specific offer, tap on the offer entry from the list. This will open the detailed “Price List – [Offer Name]” screen.
3. Edit an Offer:
   • On the detailed offer screen, locate and tap the “Edit” option (usually an icon or button). This will allow you to modify any of the offer details, such as the offer rate or date range. After making changes, remember to “Save”.
4. Delete an Offer:
   • On the detailed offer screen, locate and tap the “Delete” option (usually an icon or button). Confirm the deletion when prompted. This will permanently remove the offer from your active price lists.
