Efficiently managing your client base starts with accurately adding new party records. This guide outlines the steps to add a new customer or client in the Fit+club mobile app.

Feature Overview #

The Party Management feature allows you to:

• Create new party profiles with comprehensive details.
• Store essential contact information (name, phone, email).
• Record addresses, GST details, and other relevant information.
• Maintain an organized database of all your clients.

Step-by-Step Instructions: #

1. Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Party Management Section:
   • From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation bar, locate and tap the “Parties” icon.
   • This will take you to the “Parties” list screen, which displays a list of all your existing clients.
3. Initiate New Party Creation:
   • On the “Parties” list screen, tap the “+” button located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
   • This action will open the “Create Party” screen, where you can enter the details for your new client.
4. Enter Party Details:
   • On the “Create Party” screen, you will fill in the following information:
     • Party Type: Select whether the party is a Customer or Vendor.
     • Name: Enter the full name of the party (e.g., Test Customer).
     • Phone Number: Input their primary contact number.
     • Email: (Optional) Enter their email address.
     • Address: Provide the full address.
     • Place of Supply: Select the geographical location of supply.
     • State: The state corresponding to the place of supply.
     • GST No.: (Optional) Enter their GST registration number if applicable.
     • PAN No.: (Optional) Enter their PAN number if applicable.
     • Opening Balance: If there is an existing balance (receivable or payable) at the time of adding this party, enter it here.
     • Opening Balance Type: Specify if the opening balance is a Receivable (they owe you) or Payable (you owe them).
5. Save the New Party:
   • After accurately filling in all the required and optional details, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.

The new party will now be added to your client list and can be selected for sales, payments, or other transactions within the Fit+club app.
