How to Add Products in Bulk Using Fit+club

Efficient inventory management is critical for businesses. Fit+club’s bulk item upload feature simplifies the process of adding multiple inventory items to your account. Instead of manually entering details for each product, you can upload an Excel sheet with all the relevant information. This saves time, reduces errors, and ensures a seamless inventory setup.

Follow these steps to upload items in bulk to your myBillBook account:

1. Log in to your Fit+club account.
2. From the sidebar, go to Settings → Import Export.
3. Click on the Product tab.

• Download the Sample File by clicking Download Sample File.
• Do not change the order of columns in the CSV.
• The correct column order is:
  1. Product Name
  2. Product Code
  3. Cost Price
  4. Sale Price
  5. Tax Rate
  6. Tax Included

✅ Keep the first line (header) exactly as it is.
✅ Do not remove or rearrange columns.

1. Click Browse to select your prepared CSV file.
2. Click Import.
3. The system will add all valid products in bulk.

• Click the Export button (top right).
• This will download a CSV of all products in your account.
• Use this to back up your catalog or modify it in bulk for future imports.
