➕ Adding a New Lead #
Adding a new lead is the first step in nurturing potential customers.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Navigate to the Leads Section:
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap the “Memberships” icon. This will take you to the Membership dashboard, displaying an overview of your current memberships.
- From the “Membership” dashboard, you can tap the three-dot menu at the top right, and then select “Leads“ from the dropdown.
- Initiate Lead Creation:
- On the Leads list screen, locate and tap the “+ Lead” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Enter Lead Details:
- You will be presented with a form to enter the lead’s information. This typically includes:
- Name.
- Phone Number.
- Lead Status: Initially, this will likely be “New” or “Open.”
- Product: (Optional) If the lead is interested in a specific product or package (e.g., “pack1”).
- Follow-up Date: A crucial field to set a reminder for your next interaction (e.g., “2025-07-24”).
- Notes: (Optional) Any additional remarks or details about the lead.
- You will be presented with a form to enter the lead’s information. This typically includes:
- Save the Lead:

Managing Leads: List View and Statuses #
The Leads list provides an organized view of all your potential customers, allowing you to filter them by their current status.
Lead List View: #
