📥 Importing Parties in Bulk from Your Contacts #
Adding new customers or clients is a fundamental task. Fit+club simplifies this by enabling you to import your existing contacts as new parties, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
Feature Overview #
The Bulk Party Import feature allows you to:
- Import multiple contacts simultaneously from your phone’s address book.
- Quickly populate your Fit+club party list.
- Ensure accurate contact information transfer.
- Efficiently scale your client database.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Party Management Section:
- From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation main bar, locate and tap the “Import Contacts” icon.
- Select Contacts to Import:
- Upon selecting “Import Contacts,” the Fit+club app will typically request permission to access your device’s contacts (if it hasn’t already been granted). Grant this permission.
- You will then be presented with a list of your phone’s contacts.
- Select the contacts you wish to import into your Fit+club party list by tapping the checkbox next to each name. You can select multiple contacts.
- Use the “Search” bar at the top to quickly find specific contacts if your list is long.
- Confirm and Import:
- After selecting all the desired contacts, tap the “Import” button (usually located at the bottom or top right of the screen).
- The app will then process your selection and add the chosen contacts as new parties in your Fit+club account.
Once imported, these new parties will appear in your “Parties” list, ready for you to create sales, memberships, or manage other transactions with them. This bulk import functionality significantly simplifies the initial setup and ongoing management of your client database.
