The Fit+Club mobile app provides robust tools for custom attributes. The “Custom Attributes” feature allows you to add and manage custom fields across all modules, helping you capture exactly the data you need.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Custom Attributes Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Manage” navigation option.
- You will now see Custom Attributes feature: “Custom Attributes”.
1. Custom Attributes #
- Search Bar: At the top, there’s a “Search…” bar, allowing users to filter or find specific custom attributes.
- Attribute List: Below the search bar, custom attributes are listed. Each entry displays:
- Name: (e.g., “Dob”)
- Section: (e.g., “Party”) – This seems to indicate the resource or category the attribute belongs to.
- Type: (e.g., “Date”) – This specifies the data type of the attribute.
- Last Modified Timestamp: (e.g., “28/07/2025 7:00 PM”) – Shows when the attribute was last updated.
- Status: (e.g., “Active”) – Indicates if the attribute is currently active or not.
- Create Button: At the bottom right, there’s a floating action button with a “+” icon and “Create” text. This button is used to add new custom attributes.
2.Creating a Custom Attribute #
- Click “Create”: Tap the “Create” button on the main “Custom Attributes” screen.
- “Create Custom Attribute” Dialog Appears: A modal dialog box will pop up with the following fields:
- Name: An input field to enter the name of the custom attribute (e.g., “Gender”, “Employee ID”).
- Type: A dropdown menu to select the data type of the attribute. The screenshot shows “Text” as the default or current selection, but other types like “Date” are also possible (as seen in the main list).
- Resource: A dropdown menu to select which resource or section this custom attribute belongs to. The “Party” as the default or current selection.
- Is Active: A checkbox to determine if the attribute should be active immediately upon creation.
- Save: After filling in the details, click the “Save” button to create the new custom attribute.
3.Editing a Custom Attribute #
- Select an Attribute: From the main list, presumably, tapping on an existing custom attribute (like “Dob”) will open the “Edit Custom Attribute” dialog.
- “Edit Custom Attribute” Dialog Appears: A modal dialog box will pop up, pre-filled with the existing attribute’s details:
- Name: An input field displaying the current name (e.g., “DOB”). This field can likely be edited.
- Type: A dropdown menu displaying the current data type (e.g., “Date”). This can likely be changed.
- Resource: A dropdown menu displaying the current resource (e.g., “Party”). This can likely be changed.
- Is Active: A checkbox indicating the current active status (checked in, meaning it’s active). This can be toggled.
- Actions within Edit Dialog:
- Delete: A “Delete” button is present, allowing the user to remove the custom attribute.
- Save: A “Save” button to apply any changes made to the attribute.
- Close: An “X” icon at the top right to close the dialog without saving changes.
