📞 Managing Enquiries & Follow-ups #
Converting a prospect into a member requires consistent communication and tracking. These features streamline the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Feature Overview #
The Follow-up & Enquiry Form features enable you to:
- Create new enquiry forms to capture prospect details.
- Schedule and track follow-ups with potential members.
- View a chronological list of all follow-up calls or meetings for a specific date.
- Maintain a clear and organized record of all your sales activities.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Follow-up Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon, then select “Follow-up” from the navigation options.
- Create a New Enquiry Form:
- From the “Follow-up” list screen, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner.
- This will take you to the “Enquiry Form” screen .
- Fill in the prospect’s details:
- Name: The prospect’s full name.
- Mobile: Their contact number.
- Email: Their email address.
- Gender: The prospect’s gender.
- Reference: How they heard about your gym.
- Status: The current status of the lead (e.g.,
Hot
,Warm
,Cold
). - Enquiry Date: The date of the initial enquiry.
- Next Follow-up: Select the date for the next follow-up call or meeting.
- Tap “Save” to create the new enquiry.
- View Follow-up Details:
- Back on the main “Follow-up” list screen, you will see a list of enquiries and their next follow-up dates.
- To see the follow-up activities for a specific date, select the date from the calendar or date selector at the top of the screen.
- The list will then filter and show all the follow-ups scheduled for that selected date.
- You can then tap on an individual entry to view the full details of the enquiry and add new follow-up notes or update the status.

By using the Follow-up and Enquiry Form features, you can ensure that no potential member falls through the cracks, allowing you to effectively manage your sales pipeline and grow your business.
