Once a membership is created in Fit+club, the app offers comprehensive tools to manage individual member details, track attendance, view invoice history, generate membership cards, and handle payments.
Feature Overview #
The Membership Details view provides a central hub to:
- View a member’s overview: Access their contact information, package details, and subscription dates.
- Track attendance: Monitor entries, hours, and average hours for the member.
- Review invoice history: See all invoices related to the membership, including their status.
- Generate and share a Membership Card: Provide members with a digital card (potentially with a QR code) for easy identification or check-ins.
- Print, Download, and Share Invoices: Easily manage invoice documentation.
- Add Payments: Record payments against outstanding invoices.
Accessing Membership Details #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the “Memberships” section from the bottom navigation bar.
- On the Membership list screen, you’ll see a list of all memberships.
- Tap on the specific membership you click to manage from the list.
Membership Details View: Overview, Attendance & Invoice History #
Once you tap on a membership, you’ll land on its detailed view, which is divided into three main tabs:
1. Overview Tab #
This tab provides essential information about the member and their subscription.
- Top Summary:
- Revenue: Total revenue generated from this membership.
- Next Due Date: The upcoming payment due date.
- Last Paid: Date of the last payment received.
- Member Information:
- Name: The member’s name.
- Phone: Member’s contact number .
- Package Details:
- Package: The name of the assigned package.
- Plan: The plan details including the name and price.
- Subscription Dates:
- Subscription Started From: The date the membership began.
- Next Bill Date: The date the next bill is due.
- Cycle Start Date and Cycle End Date: The beginning and end dates of the current billing cycle.
2. Attendance Tab #
This tab provides a summary of the member’s attendance records.

3. Invoice History Tab #
This tab lists all invoices generated for the membership, along with their payment status.
- Each entry shows:
- Invoice Number.
- Date and Time.
- Amount.
- Paid Amount: The amount already paid (e.g.,
₹ 0.00
). - Status: Indicates if the invoice is “Unpaid” or “Paid.”
- A WhatsApp icon for quick sharing (if configured).
Generating and Managing the Membership Card #
The Fit+club app allows you to generate a digital membership card for your members.
- From the “Overview” tab of the Membership Details screen, scroll down.
- Tap on the “View Membership Card” button.
- This will display the membership card details, which typically includes:
- Member’s Name
- Membership ID
- Subscription validity dates
- A QR Code for quick scanning (e.g., for attendance tracking or facility access).
- Once the card is displayed, you will typically have options to:
- Download Card: Save the membership card as an image or PDF to your device.
- Share Card: Share the digital card directly via messaging apps or email.
Managing Invoices (Print, Download, Share, Add Payment) #
From the “Invoice History” tab, you can interact with individual invoices.
- Tap on a specific invoice (e.g.,

) from the list under the “Invoice History” tab. - This will open the detailed Tax Invoice view. This view presents the full invoice document, including:
- Company details (Your Logo, Store Name, Address, Mobile).
- Invoice Number, Date, and Due Date.
- Billing and Shipping details.
- Item Description (Package, Plan, Code, Quantity, Rate, Tax, Amount).
- Subtotal, Received, Balance, Taxable Value, CGST, SGST, Tax, and Total Amount.
- Authorized Signatory.
- At the bottom of the Invoice view, you will find several options for managing the invoice:
- + Add (Payment):
- To record a payment for an unpaid invoice, tap the “+ Add” button next to “Payments” at the bottom of the invoice screen.
- This will typically open a screen to enter the payment amount, date, and method, allowing you to mark the invoice as paid or partially paid.
- Print:
- Tap the “Print” icon to send the invoice to a connected printer. Ensure your device is configured with a printer.
- Download:
- Tap the “Download” icon to save the invoice as a PDF file to your mobile device’s storage.
- Share:
- Tap the “Share” icon to open your device’s sharing options. You can then choose to share the invoice via email, messaging apps (like WhatsApp), or other installed applications.
- WhatsApp:
- Tapping the dedicated “WhatsApp” icon will directly open WhatsApp with the invoice attached, allowing for quick sharing with the recipient.
- + Add (Payment):
These functionalities ensure seamless management of membership details, attendance, and financial transactions directly from your mobile device.
