The Fit+club mobile app’s Membership dashboard offers a quick overview of your membership statistics, and the Daybook Report provides a daily summary of transactions. Additionally, managing and canceling memberships are key functionalities for effective operations.
Understanding Membership Calculation Cards #
Upon opening the “Memberships” section of the Fit+club app, you’re greeted with a dashboard displaying key metrics at the top. These “cards” provide an immediate snapshot of your membership performance.
- Monthly Revenue: Shows the total revenue generated from memberships for the current month (e.g.,
₹ 0.00
). - Active Subs: Indicates the total number of currently active subscriptions (e.g.,
14
). This helps you quickly gauge your active client base. - Leads: Displays the number of potential new members or leads you’ve recorded (e.g.,
0
). Tapping on this card (indicated by the arrow) will likely take you to a detailed leads management section. - Today In: Shows the total incoming payments or revenue for the current day (e.g.,
₹ 0.00
). - Due Today: Highlights the amount of membership payments that are due on the current day (e.g.,
₹ 0.00
). - Daybook: This card (
Daybook
) serves as a quick access point to your daily financial transactions and membership activities. Tapping on this will take you to the Daybook Report.

- You will be directed to the “Daybook Report” screen.
- By default, the “Duration” should be set to “Today.”
- The report will display a list of transactions for the current day, including:
- Date: The date of the transaction.
- Name: The name of the party involved in the transaction.
- Transaction Type: The type of activity (e.g.,
Sales Invoice
). - Sr No: The serial or reference number of the transaction (e.g.,
SI/AA000
).

This report is crucial for daily reconciliation and monitoring of your business’s financial flow, including membership-related transactions.
Canceling a Membership #
The ability to cancel a membership is typically available for active subscriptions. The Fit+club app provides a clear option for this directly from the membership’s detail view.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- From the “Membership” dashboard, tap on the specific active membership you wish to cancel from the list (e.g.,
MEM/AB000015 (Active)
). - This will open the Membership Details screen, defaulting to the “Overview” tab.
- At the top right corner of this screen, next to the three-dot menu icon, you will see a “Cancel” button.
- Tap the “Cancel” button.
- A confirmation prompt will likely appear, asking you to confirm the cancellation. Confirm to proceed with canceling the membership.
Important Note: The “Cancel” option is typically only visible for active memberships. For memberships that are “Pending” or “Overdue,” the primary actions would involve payment reminders or status updates, rather than outright cancellation from this specific button. If a membership is paid and then later needs to be canceled (e.g., due to a refund), this “Cancel” feature handles the termination of the subscription, often requiring further steps to process refunds if applicable.
