For businesses serving clients at various locations, the ability to store and select multiple shipping addresses is essential. Fit+club simplifies this process.
Feature Overview #
The Multiple Shipping Address feature allows you to:
- Add multiple distinct shipping addresses for a single party.
- Specify a “Place of Supply” for each address, crucial for GST compliance.
- View all saved addresses for a party in one organized location.
- Improve efficiency and accuracy when creating sales invoices or shipping orders.
Method 1: Adding Addresses During Party Creation (Initial Setup) #
When you are creating a new party, you’ll have the option to add their primary and additional addresses.
- Log in to your Fit+club account and navigate to the “Parties” section.
- Tap the “+” button to “Create Party”.
- Fill in the “General Details” (Name, Phone Number, etc.).
- In the “Address” section, enter the primary address details.
- To add additional addresses during this initial setup, look for an “Add New Address” or similar option below the primary address fields. Tap this to open new address fields and repeat the process.
- Continue to fill in other party details and “Save” the party.
Method 2: Adding/Managing Addresses via Party Details (For Existing Parties) #
For existing parties, you can add, view, and manage their shipping addresses through their detailed profile.
- Log in to your Fit+club account.
- Navigate to the Party Management Section:
- From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation bar, tap the “Parties” icon.
- This will take you to the “Parties” list screen.
- Select an Existing Party:
- From the “Parties” list, tap on the specific party (customer/client) whose addresses you wish to manage (e.g.,
Test Customer
). - This action will open the “Party Details” screen.

- Access the Address Tab:
- On the “Party Details” screen, you will typically see various tabs such as “Overview,” “Reward History,” “Message Status,” etc. Locate and tap on the “Address” tab.
- Adding a New Shipping Address:
- On the “Address” tab, you will see a list of any previously saved addresses.
- To add a new shipping address, tap the “+ Add” button.
- A new screen or dialog will appear, allowing you to enter the details for the new address. These details typically include:
- Address Line 1 & 2: Street address.
- Place of Supply: The city or location for GST/tax purposes.
- State: The state corresponding to the place of supply.
- Pin Code: The postal code.
- Is Primary: A checkbox to set this address as the default or primary contact address.
- After entering the details, tap “Save” to add the new address.
- Viewing and Managing Existing Addresses:
- All addresses associated with the party will be listed under the “Address” tab.
- You can tap on an existing address to view its full details or to edit it.
- There might also be options (e.g., a three-dot menu next to each address) to delete an address or set it as primary.
By utilizing this feature, you can accurately track and use multiple shipping locations for your clients, enhancing operational efficiency, especially for businesses with diverse delivery needs.
