A well-configured reward points system can significantly boost customer engagement. Fit+club provides a straightforward way to define how points are earned.

The Sales Reward Points setup allows you to:
- Define the earning rate for reward points (e.g., how much sales value equates to one reward point).
- Save your reward point settings.
- Refresh the app settings to ensure the new rates are applied immediately.
- Foster customer loyalty and incentivize purchases.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Access the Main Menu for Settings:
- From the dashboard (the app’s main screen after login), locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. This icon typically reveals a list of additional options.
- Tap this three-dot menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Sales Reward Points” option.
- Set the Reward Rate:
- Tapping “Sales Reward Points” will open the “Sales Reward Points” screen.
- On this screen, you will find a field to set the “Sales Amount for One Reward Point” (e.g.,

). - Enter the numerical value that represents the sales amount a customer needs to spend to earn one reward point. For example, if you enter

, it means for every ₹100 spent, the customer earns 1 reward point.
- Save Your Settings:
- After entering the desired reward rate, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. This will store your new reward point configuration.
- Refresh Settings for Immediate Update:
- After saving, it’s a good practice to ensure the new settings are fully active across the application.
- You may need to return to the main menu (bottom right three dots) and look for a “Refresh” or “Update Settings” option, or simply close and reopen the app if changes don’t appear immediately. This ensures the app’s local data is updated with your new reward point rate.
