Accessing and Filtering Invoice List #

The invoice list provides an organized overview of all transactions, making it easy to track outstanding and paid invoices.

1. Navigate to the Invoices Section:
   • Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
   • From the bottom navigation bar, tap the “Memberships” icon. This will take you to the Membership dashboard, displaying an overview of your current memberships.
   • From the “Membership” dashboard, you can tap the three-dot menu at the top right, and then select “Invoices” from the dropdown.
2. Viewing the Invoice List:
   • You will be presented with the “Invoices” screen, which lists all sales invoices. Each entry typically shows:
     • Invoice Number.
     • Client Name.
     • Invoice Date and Time.
     • Total Amount.
     • Paid Amount.
     • Payment Status (e.g., Unpaid or Paid).
     • A WhatsApp icon for quick sharing.

   • To record a payment for an outstanding invoice, locate the “+ Add” button next to “Payments” at the bottom of the detailed invoice screen.

   • You will be prompted to enter payment details, such as the amount paid, payment method, and date.
   • After entering the details, confirm or save the payment. This will update the invoice’s status (to “Paid” or partially paid) and reflect in your financial reports.
3. Downloading the Invoice:
   • At the very bottom of the detailed invoice screen, tap the “Download” icon (typically an arrow pointing downwards).
   • The app will process the invoice and save it as a PDF file to your mobile device’s designated downloads folder.
