👥 Assigning Training Plans & Tracking Member Progress #
This feature is crucial for trainers and gym staff who need to assign plans and monitor members’ attendance and progress. It brings together the training plans you’ve created with your active gym members.
Feature Overview #
The Assigned Member feature enables you to:
- Assign a specific training plan to a member.
- View a list of all members who have been assigned a plan.
- Track a member’s attendance and workout history.
- Visualize a member’s progress through a progress graph.
- Create and manage new progress records (e.g., body measurements, weight).
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Assigned Member Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Memberships” navigation option.
- Then, tap on “Assigned Member” from the expanded “Memberships” menu.
- View and Assign a New Member:
- You will now be on the “Assigned Member” list screen. This screen displays a list of members who have been assigned a plan.
- To assign a plan to a new member, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Set Up the Assignment:
- This will take you to the “Assign Member” screen.
- You will need to select the following:
- “Select Member”: Choose the member from your list that you want to assign a plan to.
- “Select Training Plan”: Choose from the list of training plans you’ve previously created (e.g., “Beginner Workout Plan”).
- “Start Date”: Select the date when the plan should begin.
- Save the Assignment:
- After filling in the details, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. The member is now assigned to the selected plan.
Viewing Member Details, Attendance, and Progress #
Once a member is assigned, you can access their detailed record to track their journey.
- View Assigned Member Details:
- From the “Assigned Member” list, tap on a specific member’s name. This will open their detailed profile, showing the assigned training plan and a navigation bar with various tabs.
- Attendance Tab:
- The “Attendance” tab provides a calendar view of the member’s attendance. You can track when they’ve come to the gym and whether they’ve completed their workouts.
- Progress Tab & Graph:
- The “Progress” tab displays a visual graph of the member’s progress over time.
- You can select different metrics to visualize (e.g., weight, body fat percentage) to see a trend line of their progress.
- Create New Progress Records:
- To add a new progress entry, tap the “Create New Progress” button on the “Progress” tab.
- This allows you to record new measurements, weight, or other relevant data points for the member. This data will then be reflected in their progress graph.
By using the Assigned Member feature, you can effectively manage your members’ fitness journeys, providing personalized support and tracking their success every step of the way.
