The Fit+club mobile app’s “Reservation” feature is the final step in your slot management workflow. It allows members or staff to book a specific slot, ensuring a seamless and organized scheduling process for classes, sessions, or equipment.
📅 Creating & Managing Reservations #
Once you have created your blocks and slots, members can make reservations. This feature is crucial for tracking bookings, managing capacity, and processing payments for reserved slots.
Feature Overview #
The Reservation feature enables you to:
- Create new reservations for a member, linking them to a specific time slot.
- Select the member, slot, and date for the booking.
- Process payments for a reservation at the time of booking.
- View a list of all reservations and their details.
- Download and share reservation details with members.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Reservation Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Slot Management” navigation option.
- You will see options for “Block” and “Slot,” along with “Reservation.” Tap on “Reservation.”
- View and Create a New Reservation:
- You will now be on the “Reservation” list screen. This screen displays a list of all existing reservations.
- To create a new reservation, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Define the New Reservation Details:
- This will take you to the “Create Reservation” screen. You’ll need to fill in the following details:
- Select Member: Tap and choose the member for whom you are creating the reservation.
- Select Slot: Tap and choose the specific time slot they are reserving.
- Select Date: Choose the specific date for the reservation.
- Payment: If the slot requires a payment, you can enter the amount and select the payment type (e.g.,
Cash
,Card
).
- This will take you to the “Create Reservation” screen. You’ll need to fill in the following details:
- Save the Reservation:
- After entering all the details, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen to create the reservation.
Managing an Existing Reservation (Details & Actions) #
Once a reservation is created, you can access its detailed view and perform various actions.
- View Reservation Details:
- From the “Reservation” list, tap on a specific reservation entry. This will open its detailed view, showing all the booking information and payment status.
- Document Actions (Download & Share):
- On the detailed reservation screen, you’ll find options for managing the document:
- Download: Tap the “Download” icon to save a PDF of the reservation receipt to your device.
- Share: Tap the “Share” icon to send the PDF via email or other apps.
