The Fit+club mobile app provides powerful tools for creating and managing custom training and diet plans for your members. This feature is essential for personalizing client subscriptions and enhancing the value of your fitness services.
🏋️ Setting Up & Managing Training Plans #
Training Plans are at the heart of personalized fitness coaching. Fit+club allows you to create detailed plans, whether they are focused on workouts, diet, or a combination of both.
Feature Overview #
The Training Plan Management feature enables you to:
- Create new plans that can be assigned to your members.
- Select the type of plan (e.g., Workout or Diet).
- Create weekly schedules for your plans.
- Add specific plan items (e.g., exercises with sets/reps or meals with ingredients).
- Upload files or create dynamic plans from scratch.
- View a list of all your created training plans.
- Edit or delete existing plans as needed.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Membership Section:
- From the dashboard (the app’s main screen after login), locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon.
- A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Memberships” navigation option.
- Then, tap on “Training Plan” from the expanded “Memberships” menu.
- View and Create a New Training Plan:
- You will now be on the “Training Plan” list screen.
- To create a new plan, tap the “+” button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Manage Plan Details and Schedule:
- This will take you to the “Create Training Plan” screen.
- In the “General” section, you’ll need to fill in:
- Title: A descriptive name for the plan (e.g., “Beginner Weight Loss Plan,” “30-Day Keto Diet”).
- Type: Select the type of plan you’re creating, either “Workout” or “Diet”.
- Plan Creation Type: Choose between “File Upload” (if you have an existing PDF or image) or “Dynamic” (to build the plan directly in the app).
- Create a Dynamic Plan (Schedule & Plan Items):
- If you selected “Dynamic,” you will be able to create a schedule for the week.
- Tap on a specific day (e.g.,
Monday
). - Tap “Add Plan Items”.
- You can then add specific exercises (for a workout plan) or meals (for a diet plan). For each item, you can specify details like:
- Name: (e.g.,
Squats
,Breakfast
). - Details: (e.g.,
3 sets of 10 reps
or2 eggs, 1 avocado
).
- Name: (e.g.,
- Tap “Save” for each item. You can add multiple items per day.
- Save the Training Plan:
- After building your plan for all the desired days, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the “Create Training Plan” screen.
Managing an Existing Training Plan #
Once a training plan is created, you can access its detailed view and perform various actions:
- View Plan Details:
- From the “Training Plan” list, tap on a specific plan entry to view its full details and schedule.
- Edit the Plan:
- On the detailed plan screen, locate and tap the “Edit” option (usually a pencil icon or an “Edit” button). This allows you to modify the plan’s title, schedule, or individual plan items.
- Delete the Plan:
- On the detailed plan screen, locate and tap the “Delete” option. Confirm the action to permanently remove the plan from your list.
