The Fit+club mobile app provides an easy way to manage and modify existing reservations. If a member needs to cancel a booking for a class or session, you can do so quickly and efficiently through the app.
🗑️ Cancelling a Reservation #
When a member’s plans change, you can easily cancel their reservation. This action frees up the slot for another member and ensures your booking records are always up-to-date.
Feature Overview #
The Reservation cancellation feature enables you to:
- Cancel a specific reservation from a member.
- Remove the booking from the time slot.
- Keep your reservation list accurate and current.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Reservation Section:
- From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Tap this menu icon, then select “Slot Management”.
- From the “Slot Management” options, tap on “Reservation”.
- Find the Reservation to Cancel:
- You will now be on the “Reservation” list screen, displaying all existing bookings.
- Tap on the specific reservation entry you wish to cancel. This will open the detailed reservation page.
- Initiate the Cancellation:
- On the detailed reservation page, you will see a “Cancel” option. This might be a prominent button or located within a three-dot menu at the top right of the screen.
- Tap on the “Cancel” button.
- Confirm Cancellation:
- A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you are sure you want to cancel the reservation. This prevents accidental cancellations.
- Tap “Confirm” or “Yes” to finalize the cancellation.
After confirming, the reservation will be removed from your list, and the corresponding slot will be freed up. This process ensures that your scheduling is flexible and your records are accurate.
