Feature Overview #

The Membership Attendance feature enables you to:

• Record member check-ins instantly using a scanner.
• View a calendar-based overview of attendance records.
• Filter attendance data by date to review past entries.
• Maintain an accurate log of member visits.

Step-by-Step Instructions: #

1. Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to the Attendance Section:
   • From the dashboard, locate the three-dot menu icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.
   • Tap this menu icon.
   • A pop-up menu will appear from the bottom. From this menu, tap on the “Memberships” navigation option.
   • You will now see two key attendance features: “Scan Attendance” and “Attendance Overview”.

1. Scan Attendance #

This feature is for real-time member check-ins.

   • Tap on “Scan Attendance” from the “Memberships” menu.

   • Each day on the calendar will show a numerical value representing the number of members who attended on that specific day.
3. View Daily Details:
   • Tap on a specific date on the calendar to view a detailed list of all the members who checked in on that day.
