👥 Viewing Party Details & Loyalty Reward History #
Understanding your clients goes beyond just their contact information. Fit+club allows you to delve into their financial activity and loyalty program engagement from a single, detailed view.
Feature Overview #
The Party Details screen and its sub-sections allow you to:
- Access comprehensive information for each party (customer/client).
- Review their contact details and address.
- See a summary of their financial transactions (as explained in previous documentation).
- View their complete “Reward History”, including points earned and redeemed.
- Monitor client loyalty and engagement.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Party Management Section:
- From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation bar, locate and tap the “Parties” icon.
- This will take you to the “Parties” list screen, which displays a list of all your existing clients.
- Select a Party to View Details:
- From the “Parties” list, tap on the specific party (customer/client) whose details you wish to view (e.g.,

Understanding Party Details #
The “Party Details” screen is organized into tabs for easy navigation:
- Overview/Transactions Tab (Default):
- This tab usually displays the top-level financial calculations for the party (Total Amount, Total Paid, Balance Due, Closing Balance) and a chronological list of all associated transactions (Sales Invoices, Payments In/Out, etc.). This gives you a clear financial ledger for the client.
- Reward History Tab:
- To view the client’s loyalty points and redemption history, tap on the “Reward History” tab.
- This section provides a detailed breakdown of their reward activities, including:
- Date: The date the reward points were earned or redeemed (e.g.,
