The Item Reports in Fit+club provide clear and detailed tracking of your inventory items across purchases, sales, parties, and stock movements.
These reports are especially useful for businesses that need to monitor stock levels, sales performance, and supplier/customer transactions for each product.
Using the Item Reports, you can:
- Maintain accurate stock summaries.
- Track which party purchased or sold specific items.
- Review purchase and sales quantities by date, party, or category.
- Identify top-selling products and understocked items.
- Ensure better planning for reordering and profit tracking.
This feature helps businesses stay organized, manage inventory efficiently, and keep all item-related transactions clear and GST-compliant, supporting better reporting and decision-making.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
Step 1: Navigate to Item Reports #
- Open the Fit+club mobile app on your device.
- Log in with your registered username and password.
- Tap the ☰ Menu icon (usually at the bottom right).
- From the sidebar, go to
Reports
→Item
. - Here you’ll find multiple tabs:
- Stock Summary
- Item Report By Party
- Item Sales and Purchase Summary
- Rate List
- Stock Detail Report
To View the Item Report By Party #
Overview #
Item Report By Party shows a breakdown of purchases and sales for each product, grouped by party (customer or supplier).
How to use it: #
- Select a date range using the calendar picker.

to26 July 2025

- This Week (or choose other predefined ranges)
- Party — pick a specific customer or supplier
- Category — filter items by category
- Click
Reset
to clear all filters. - Click
Export
to download the report as a CSV file.
To View the Item Sales and Purchase Summary #
Overview #
The Item Sales and Purchase Summary in Fit+club shows you an overall picture of how much of each product you’ve purchased and sold within a selected date range.
This report is useful for tracking stock turnover, monitoring inventory flow, and planning future purchases.
Step 1: What This Report Shows : #
This report displays:
- Total Purchase Quantity — How many units you purchased in the selected period.
- Total Sales Quantity — How many units you sold in the selected period.
Step 2: Filter Your Report : #
- Use the Date Range picker to select the timeframe.
- Example:

- Use This Week, This Month, or custom range options.
- Filter by Category if you want to focus on specific product groups.

To View the Stock Summary Report #
Overview #
The Stock Summary Report in the Fit+club mobile app lets you quickly check your total stock value for the selected period. It shows each product’s purchase price, selling price, available stock quantity, and the calculated stock value — all in one place.
This is useful for keeping track of your inventory valuation, planning stock orders, and making informed sales or purchase decisions right from your phone.
Step 1: What This Report Shows : #
- View your stock details, including:
- Item Name & Code
- Batch Number
- Purchase Price
- Selling Price
- Available Quantity
- Stock Value
- The Total Stock Value for the selected date range (e.g. This Month) is shown at the top.
- Tap the Export button (top right) if you want to download the report for offline use or sharing.
How to View the Rate List Report #
Overview #
The Rate List Report in the Fit+club mobile app provides a quick snapshot of all your product prices. It shows each product’s code, MRP (Maximum Retail Price), and selling price.
This is useful for store staff or admins to confirm current rates, share price lists with customers, or cross-check MRP vs. selling prices on the go.
Step 1: What This Report Rate list Shows : #
- You’ll see a Rate List screen displaying:
- Product Name
- Item Code
- MRP
- Price
- The date and total item count appear at the top.
- Tap the Export button (top right) to download or share the complete rate list.
How This Helps #
- Keep your sales team updated with the latest rates.
- Quickly share rates with customers.
- Compare MRP with your actual selling prices to check for discounts or price mismatches.
Stock Detail Report — How to Use #
Overview #
The Stock Detail Report helps you track stock movement for each product over a selected date range. This report shows every stock transaction like sales, purchases, returns, or adjustments.
Step 1: Select Product : #
- Before any data is shown, you must select a product.
- Tap the “Change Product” button.
- A product list will appear — pick the product you want to view.
- Once selected, the report will load all stock transactions for that product.
➡️ Note: If no product is selected, you’ll see a “Please select product” message.
Step 2: Use Filters : #
To view transactions for a specific period:
- Tap the filter icon (⚙️).
- Choose a date range:
- Last 30 Days
- Last 7 Days
- Today
- Yesterday
- This Month
- Last Month
- Custom Date Range
- The report updates automatically to show transactions for the selected date.
Step 3: Export Report : #
Tap the Export button to download or share the report in PDF or Excel format.
