The Fit+club mobile app provides a dedicated section within each Party’s details to view the history and status of messages sent to them, including the ability to review message content and associated PDF files.
Feature Overview #
The Party Message Status feature allows you to:
- See a list of all messages sent to a specific party.
- View the status of each message (e.g., sent, delivered).
- Review the content of the message that was sent.
- Open and view any PDF attachments that were part of the message.
- Ensure transparent communication tracking with your clients.
Step-by-Step Instructions: #
- Log in to your Fit+club account on your mobile device.
- Navigate to the Party Management Section:
- From the main dashboard or the bottom navigation bar, locate and tap the “Parties” icon.
- This will take you to the “Parties” list screen, which displays a list of all your existing clients.
- Select a Party to View Details:
- From the “Parties” list, tap on the specific party (customer/client) whose message status you wish to view (e.g.,
mahii
). - This action will open the “Party Details” screen.

- Access the Message Status Tab:
- On the “Party Details” screen, you will typically see various tabs such as “Overview,” “Reward History,” etc. Locate and tap on the “Message Status” tab.
- Review Message List & Details:
- The “Message Status” tab will display a list of all messages sent to that party. Each entry will show:
- Date & Time.
- Message Type.
- Status: The delivery status of the message (e.g.,
Sent
). - Body.
- A PDF icon if a document was attached.

- View Message Content and PDF Attachments:
- To view the full message content and any attached PDFs:
- Tap on a specific message entry from the list. This will open a detailed view of that message.
- In this detailed view, you can read the complete message body.
- If a PDF was attached, tap the PDF icon or the file name within the message details. This will open the PDF document directly within the app or in your device’s default PDF viewer.
